Seagate Crystal Reports layer

When working with ODBC data, Seagate Crystal Reports generates an SQL statement that requests the appropriate data from ODBC. The powerful SQL generator built into Seagate Crystal Reports is designed to create an SQL statement that will let the ODBC data source or ODBC itself do as much of the report generation as possible, returning only the data needed to produce the report.
